Introduction & Consent

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply between the ckck4 platform ("Platform" or "Site") and its users ("Member" or "You"). By accessing our platform, creating an account, or playing any game, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

ckck4 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible online gaming experience for users in Bangladesh. These Terms clearly define the rights and responsibilities of every member.

Important: If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. This service is only for those aged 21 and above.

Membership Eligibility & Account

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

The following conditions must be met to open an account and play games on ckck4:

You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
You are a capable adult with the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
You are not residing in a jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.
You are operating the account in your own name, with your own funds, and for your own benefit.

2.2 Account Registration

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in suspension of all accounts and deposited funds may be forfeited.

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date.
False or altered information in name, date of birth, or contact details is not acceptable.
ckck4 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential.

2.3 Account Verification

In the interest of security and fraud prevention, ckck4 may conduct a KYC (Know Your Customer) process at any time. Failure to submit the required documents may result in restricted withdrawal or account services.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Terms

The following rules apply when depositing funds on ckck4:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200, applicable equally across all payment methods.
Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).
Deposited funds must come from the member's own account or their own mobile banking.
Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such deposits will be refunded.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
Sufficient account balance is required to submit a withdrawal request.
Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed.

Note: Withdrawal funds will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit. In special circumstances, ckck4 may arrange an alternative method.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ckck4 receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

            
            Deposit ৳1,000 and get a bonus of ৳1,000 — total balance ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳32,000 and get the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance ৳47,000.
          

4.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, the following wagering requirements must be met before it becomes withdrawable:

Wagering requirement: 15 (fifteen) times the bonus amount.
Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in total bets must be placed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
Certain games may be excluded from wagering contributions or counted only partially.

4.3 General Bonus Policy

Each promotional offer may have its own terms. ckck4 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus or promotional offer without prior notice. Misuse of bonuses — such as using multiple accounts, arbitrage, or fraudulent betting — will result in cancellation of the relevant account.

VIP Program & Loyalty

ckck4's VIP program has four tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Promotion to a higher tier is based on overall gaming activity. VIP benefits are non-transferable and are granted at ckck4's discretion. The detailed terms of the VIP program may change at any time.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games are operated fairly through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
If the result of any game becomes uncertain due to a technical error, that round will be considered void.
If internet connectivity is lost during a game, the result saved on the server will be final.
Using fraudulent techniques in any game or bet is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following policies apply when betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports:

Betting based on match fixing or insider information is completely prohibited.
ckck4's own rules apply in the case of postponed or cancelled events.
In the event of any dispute over an event's result, the result obtained from official/formal sources will be considered final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the ckck4 platform and will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
Creating multiple accounts to misuse bonuses or promotional offers.
Attempting to hack the platform's software or gain unauthorized access to the system.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
Playing games using bots, automated software, or other artificial assistance.
Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward the platform or other members.

ckck4 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and may immediately suspend the relevant account if necessary.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

8.1 Closure by Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Before closing an account, any ongoing bets must be settled and any remaining balance must be withdrawn.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by ckck4

ckck4 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

In the event of a breach of any provision of these Terms.
If false information was provided at the time of registration.
If fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected.
In order to comply with applicable laws or regulatory directives.

Privacy & Data Protection

ckck4 is committed to protecting the privacy of members' personal information. Our full data protection policy is described in detail separately on the Privacy Policy page.

All personal information is secured through SSL encryption technology.
Member information is not sold to any third party.
Information may be shared with authorities in limited cases in compliance with applicable legal directives.
Members may request to view or delete their stored data at any time.

Responsible Gaming & Self-Control

ckck4 always places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment, not a reliable way to earn money.

Members may set deposit or betting limits on their account at any time.
The Self-Exclusion feature allows members to deactivate their account for a set period of time.

In disputes concerning game results or server data, the logs stored on ckck4's server will be considered the final evidence.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ckck4 will not be liable for the following:

Any loss caused by technical errors, internet disruption, or third-party server issues.
Loss caused by a member's own negligence or failure to keep account information secure.
Financial loss resulting from winning or losing in gaming.
Service unavailability due to temporary maintenance or upgrades.

ckck4 makes every effort to provide a safe and reliable platform, but cannot give an absolute guarantee of service continuity.

Right to Amend Terms

ckck4 reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel any part of these Terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, members will be notified via email or through a notice on the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms have been published will be considered acceptance of those changes. It is therefore recommended that you visit this page regularly.
